How it is to be free

Can you still remember how it was to be free?

I can't exactly remember but I can still remember when I was still free. What I remembered was there were no depressions and no commitments. Everything was smooth-flowing. You won't need to ask yourself, "Am I missing something?" Nor does the what-if-he/she-gets-angry-thought pops up. The I-need-some-space-drama won't also stress you too much when everything's quite bumpy already. And oh, do you know the It's-me-not-you-drama? It's so much used, for the nth time, everytime! SEE HOW IT FEELS GOOD TO BE FREE FROM THINKING TOO MUCH?

Let me put it in this way: you'll just waste an effort trying to run after people who don't even bother if you're already on your knees because of exhaustion. If they even bother, they would stop walking and wait for you to catch up. If not, then, they'll walk faster, away from you. As Filipinos put it, "Humihinto ang lahat para sa taong minamahal." If they got a soft spot in their heart reserved for you, they will not just wait for you to catch up; but rather, they would go back and meet you halfway, raising you up that moment you fell hard for them.
