All Hail St. Francis!

I'm a survivooooor! It's been one hell of a week. Recently, we just won in Buwan ng Wika contest *grins* GAAAD. I CAN'T FORGET THAT. When we presented that in front of the audience, I do think that everyone was too awe-struck to speak, THEY WERE GOBSMACKED! "Grabe talaga, tinitignan namen expression nila. Talagang tutok, yung iba nga, nakanganga na eh. Sayang talaga di nyo napanuod," as Aicha puts it. I just don't know if that was REALLY their expression. LOOOL! Para daw hindi high school ang nagpresent. *blushes* I knew it! We will win! We spent thousands for the props alone. grabe! And to think that it was just a tableau, honestly, I didn't expect that it will cost that much. But in the end, it paid off. Those almost sleepless nights when I drank too much caffeine to finish and to edit the script, I can already forget those 'cause we won! Oh yeah! But then , we weren't able to video it :| No one brought a videocam. Anyway, we will still be presenting again in the MDA. We'll make it glamorous and we'll video it of course! XD Then before that was the awarding for the Nutrition Month. Again and again, we did it. We were the best-sellers! WAHAHAHA! St. Francis (a.k.a Best of Francis) just toppled off St. Dominic (a.k.a Chef's Dom 'n Nic) from the top spot. We were almost desperate that time when we saw how much food they served and the customers they had. We thought we were losing our first fight. But no, GAAAD! we got it! We also won in the poster-making (first place: meeee), essay-writing (first place: jomar!) and pagsulat ng tula (first place: jeziel!)

Two down, two more to go. HAHAHA! Songfest and speechfest, here we come! Franciscanoes*, I'm so proud of our section! Love it!

I hope we can make up for our noise by winning every competition.

*A collective term used to the students belonging to the fourth year's St. Francis. A section full of loud and distinct persons. My section and I love it! XD
